Your tasks
- Develop, implement, guide and keep up to date the HR guidelines, policies, procedures, processes and subsystems under their responsibility.
- Contribute to the improvement of the quality of management and motivation of employees, offering support to managers.
- Main background: R&S, T&S, Internal Communication, Employee Satisfaction, Corporate responsibility, Internal and external Audits.
- HR BP: Contribute to the business strategy, assisting leaders in order to identify, prioritize and build competencies and behaviors aligned with organizational needs.
- Training and development: execute and guide all tasks related to T&D and talent management following local and global processes.
- Audits: control the documentation and administration of the processes to prove audit requirements (mandatory by law, certifications, CSR-Customer Specific Requirements, etc)
- Recruitment: Carry out the assessment of recruitment needs and actively support people selection processes.
- Employee's satisfaction: Contribute to the consolidation of Brose as a preferred employer, reinforcing a people management environment suitable for the development of high-performance teams.
- Culture and Purpose: Actively work to reinforce the company's values in people management processes.
- Routine and special tasks: Participate in department meetings and projects in order to contribute to issues related to HR actions
- Procedures and policies: Provide advice on internal policies and procedures related to the HR area.
- Change management: Offer support to managers on people issues in relation to organizational changes
- Special Projects: Ensure the implementation of HR programs and initiatives in the areas under your responsibility.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related areas.
- Specialization in areas related to HR activity.
- Previous experience in industry is mandatory.
- Previous experience at Quality System area (Audits requirements related to HR background).
- Solid experience in HR, preferably in generalist activities. Desirable to know at least 3 HR subsystems (preferably R&S, T&D and C&B).
