SAP & IT-Systems Coordinator

• Your tasks

  • Coordinate the SAP S/4HANA Migration Program in Brazil: Act as the primary local IT coordinator for the SAP S/4HANA migration project, working closely with business teams, global IT functions, implementation partners, and key stakeholders. Ensure local requirements are properly captured, project activities are aligned with corporate standards, and milestones are delivered successfully.
  • Lead SAP Implementations: Coordinate SAP-related projects and improvement initiatives, serving as the key interface between business users and central IT specialists (ABAP, Basis, Functional and Application teams).
  • IT Project Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and monitor local IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities, timelines, budgets, and corporate governance guidelines.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal customers and collaborate with departments such as Operations, Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, HR, and external service providers to ensure effective delivery of IT solutions and services.
  • Drive Local Innovation: Beyond SAP, you will take full ownership of local systems—from market-acquired software to custom-developed tools—managing their entire lifecycle under decentralized governance.
  • Operational Excellence: You are the go-to expert for technical support, resolving complex incidents and ensuring that all systems are updated, documented, and performing at peak efficiency.
  • Collaborative Design: You work side-by-side with business analysts and developers to ensure that every technical solution is perfectly aligned with our business strategy.
  • Quality and Training: You don't just "deploy"—you ensure quality through rigorous unit and integration testing and empower our teams through expert-led internal training.

   

  Your Profile

  • Qualifications: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering or a related field.
  • The SAP Expert: Experience with SAP and/or SAP S 4HANA, including familiarity with ABAP development and Change Management .
  • The Process Architect: You have a proven track record of specifying and developing business processes in close collaboration with key users. Ability to translate business requirements into a technical document.  Advise business partners when searching IT solutions.
  • The Problem Solver: You are an analytical thinker with strong diagnostic skills, capable of navigating dynamic and fast-paced environments.
  • The Project Leader: You work with a high degree of autonomy, excelling in the planning, controlling, and execution of complex IT projects.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience coordinating teams, vendors, and project activities, promoting collaboration and ensuring successful execution of operational and project-related objectives.
  • Language skills: Advanced English language skills
