Your tasks

• Quality Strategy & System Management：Develop and execute regional quality strategies aligned with global objectives; maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001; drive standardization and deployment of best practices across the region.
• Customer & Manufacturing Quality：Ensure customer satisfaction by managing critical quality topics and escalations; oversee APQP/PPAP processes to guarantee high-quality project delivery; monitor production quality KPIs with a focus on reducing failure costs.
• Supplier Quality & Product Responsibility：Manage supplier performance and lead quality improvement initiatives; supervise supplier APQP/PPAP activities; oversee regional warranty cases and ensure compliance with product safety requirements.
• Continuous Improvement & Team Development：Lead the implementation of Six Sigma, Lean, and other quality methodologies; build and develop high-performing quality teams through capability building and certification programs.
• Budget Management & Compliance：Manage quality-related budgets and contribute to cost optimization; ensure regulatory compliance and participate in management reviews/quality board meetings.

Your Profile

• Education & Experience: Master’s degree in Engineering or related field; 10+ years in automotive quality management, including 5+ years in a global multi-site leadership role.
• Technical Skills & Languages:Proficiency in quality tools (8D, FMEA, APQP, MSA, SPC, Six Sigma, Lean); expertise in ISO 9001/IATF 16949/ISO 14001; strong problem-solving, project management, and strategic planning skills; business-fluent English (German proficiency preferred).
• Personal Attributes:High assertiveness and influence to drive results; strong analytical/systematic thinking; cross-cultural communication skills and global mindset.
