Your Tasks,

- TPM; develop a PM-Plan together with the equipment supplier and ensure the implementation of the individual tasks.

- Analyze downtime reasons and provide continuous improvements to increase equipment availability.

- Ensure 5S in the maintenance area, equipment and equipment surrounding.

- Start up and debugging complex (highly automated) assembly lines with multiple "workstations"

- Communication with original equipment manufacturer as well as with the central functions in Asia and Germany.

- Understand and ensure the function of all implemented process monitoring systems, provide training for the Maintenance Technicians.

- Ensure that all hardware and parameter changes are recorded in the "downtime record sheet" and Logbook.

- Analytical problem solving on production equipment, follow the escalation plan

- Review the wear- and spare parts with the original equipment manufacturer and ensure the availability of the parts needed.

- Analyze the consumption of wear- and spare parts, introduce continuous improvements to minimize the Downtime and maximize the equipment availability.

Your Profiles,

- University degree, 8-10 years’ work experience

- Systematical way of problem solving (5why), work independently, analytical approach for trouble shooting.

- Advanced electrical skills and basic PLC knowledge.

- Experience in automotive supplying industry, maintaining “highly automated assembly line’s” (knowhow: Winding, Skinning, Press-In, Shrinking, Magnetizing, Noise and torque measurement system)

- Ability to read and understand electrical-, (mechanical-); hydraulic-; and pneumatic-drawings

- Analyze Equipment Downtime-Reasons and define corrective actions,   

- Electrical knowledge in using electrical measurement devices (Multimeter)

- Basic knowledge in robot programming (re-teach) e.g. ABB

- Team player, work independently, Shift- and Overtime work;

- Have Maintenance-related license (Electrical / Mechanical).
