Continuous Improvement Engineer

Your tasks
· Recognition and detection of improvement potentials as well as coordination of actions to get the potentials utilized.
· Planning and organization of rebuilding actions in the plant together with the management
· Lead multi-level shopfloor management meetings and KPI reviews across multiple departments
· Drive management information systems meetings and data; alongside corresponding actions
· Manage yearly cost savings targets (RACE)
· Champion 5S plant-wide
· Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations todetermine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements.
· Support IE escalation topics across all program shifts
· Support special assembly progress for launch, PPAP, Prototype, Run at Rate.
· Conduct ergonomic assessment and optimize equipment and/or process to brose standard.
· Use SAP based engineering change processes, managing BOM’s and Routing, and coordinate changes cross-functionally within the plant and support functions
· Optimize assembly process in support of ratio improvement target.
· Work within cross functional team and customer team to support daily activities.
· Establish standard times for assembly process using MTM.
· Guarantee quality goals by using P-FMEA, Poka Yoke, statistical process control.
· Create and maintain work instructions, process documents, and all other necessary documentation for assembly processes.

Your Profile
· 3 years’ experience in a similar role in the automotive industry
· Management of internal projects
· Facilitating of workshops and leading of teams with using creative problem-solving techniques
· MTM training
· Experience in KANBAN, SPC, TPM, KAIZEN, Poka Yoke, continuous improvement
· Experience in designing of assembly capable products (PROKON 2-Method)
· EDP knowledge (SAP R3, MS-Office, AutoSketch)
