Your tasks
- Ensure compliance of quality to all required standards including customer specific requirements.
- Support the manufacturing facility in the resolution of series production concerns and coordinate containment actions when necessary.
- Achieve Customer satisfaction by meeting desired quality level and prevent customer escalation due to quality issues.
- Contribute in achieving organizational quality goals related with product quality.
- Analyze defective parts (Electromechanical) from customer assemble line and provide proper CA in timely manner.
- Handover of the new project, initiate launch mechanism, ensure defect free product manufacturing.
- Evaluate, assess, escalate quality issues from series production lines, customers in timely manner.
- Ensure defined quality of products and achieve customer/internal quality targets/objectives.
- Ensure implementation of QMS + EMS, maintain related documentation and preserve records.
- Ensure compliance of quality to all required standards including customer specific requirements.
- Monitoring of Customer scorecard, PPM on monthly basis.
- Provide and maintain data on time at share point link and field review share point.
- Analyze defective parts (Electromechanical) from customer assemble line and provide proper CA in timely manner.
- Evaluate, assess, escalate quality issues from series production lines, customers in timely manner.
- Ensure defined quality of products and achieve customer/internal quality targets/objectives.
- Ensure implementation of QMS + EMS, maintain related documentation and preserve records.
- Ensure compliance of quality to all required standards including customer specific requirements.
- Monitoring of Customer scorecard, PPM on monthly basis.
- Provide and maintain data on time at share point link and field review share point.
- Analyze defective parts (Electromechanical) from customer assemble line and provide proper CA in timely manner.
- Provide necessary data and improvement action plans needed for management review meetings.
- Maintain customer quality records retrievable and complete as per defined retention timeline.
- Keep track of HOLD material, SAP, QC1 notification and enclosure of necessary evidence of closure.
- Carry out Requalification, product audits as per plan, and initiate actions for NOK findings.
Your Profile
- BE /DME- Mechanical / Electronic / Automobile.
- Experience: 3-4 years.
- TS16949. PPAP, FMEA, SPC, APQP, QC tools, MS-Office, SAP, GD&T.
