Project Buyer (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- Procurement of direct materials for assigned projects in line with budget, timeline, and required quality
- Execution of the purchasing process according to company standards (RFQ process, feasibility studies, decision meetings, and development of purchased parts)
- Responsibility for suppliers throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Planning, coordination, and implementation of purchased parts, including tools and prototypes
- Early involvement of suppliers to support project requirements
- Preparation and execution of supplier decision meetings, including relevant documentation
- Cost control and ensuring project profitability over the full project lifecycle
- Handling engineering changes within projects, including implementation and end-of-production activities
- Processing and maintenance of purchasing data in SAP
- Close cooperation with central purchasing and other relevant internal stakeholders
- Regular reporting of purchasing KPIs and project-related topics
Your profile
- 3–5 years of professional experience in purchasing, preferably in a project or manufacturing environment
- Understanding of technical principles and production methods
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in an international environment
- Intermediate level of English (German is an advantage)

Salary
- Salary (brutto): from 1650 Eur/month
- The salary consists of a basic salary 1500 and 10% of the variable components, which are paid on the basis of an internal regulation.
- After fulfillment the internal criteria, there is possibility to obtain a summer and winter bonus (max. 2 x 700 Eur)
